1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking a service, interacting with support, or communicating with us via SMS, email, phone, or AI assistant, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms

2. Service Use

2.1 Eligibility

The website and AI assistant may be used by individuals 13 years or older.

However, all service bookings, payments, and agreements must be made by an individual 18 or older, or by a minor with verifiable permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Service Availability

Service offerings may vary based on location, contractor availability, scheduling limitations, and internal capacity. MultiFunctions LLC reserves the right to decline or modify service requests if they fall outside current capabilities or safety standards.

2.3 No-Emergency Services

MultiFunctions LLC does not provide emergency, crisis, or life-safety services.

If you require emergency assistance, call 911 or your local emergency number.

3. Payments, Billing & Refunds

3.1 Pricing

All pricing is displayed on our website or communicated directly through our team. Prices are subject to change at any time.

3.2 Payment Requirements

  • Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

  • Some services may require deposits or initial service charges.

  • Credit/debit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

3.3 Refund Policy

3.3.1 Business Assist Subscription Services

Business Assist subscription services (including Phone, Calendar, and bundled plans) are eligible for a full refund only within the first 30 days of signing up.

After this 30-day period:

  • The subscription becomes a mandatory one-year commitment,

  • Early cancellation is not permitted for any reason,

  • No refunds—full or partial—will be issued for unused time, and

  • Cancellation may only occur after the one-year term has fully ended.

Renewing a subscription starts a new one-year term with the same conditions.

3.3.2 Business Services (One-Time or Project-Based)

One-time or project-based business services — such as design work, printing coordination, or operational support — are non-refundable once the service has begun or an order has been placed.

This includes any third-party printing or outsourced work coordinated on behalf of the client.

3.3.3 Personal Perks Services

Personal Perks services are non-refundable.

However, MultiFunctions LLC provides a 30-day Service Correction Guarantee, which includes:

  • A free visit to correct issues that were a direct result of MultiFunctions LLC or its verified partners,

  • Corrections limited strictly to mistakes caused by the Company or its partners,

  • No corrections offered for issues caused by external factors, client misuse, third parties not affiliated with MultiFunctions, weather, or normal wear and tear.

This guarantee applies only to the original project and cannot be used as a substitute for new work.

3.3.4 Additional Notes

MultiFunctions LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests submitted outside the stated refund windows, or in cases where the service has already been fulfilled, delivered, or coordinated through a third-party vendor.

4. Contractor & Partner Services

4.1 Independent Contractors

Some services are performed by independent contractors. These individuals and companies are vetted but are not employees of MultiFunctions LLC.

4.2 Responsibility

While MultiFunctions LLC coordinates services, the performing contractor may be solely responsible for:

  • Execution of the work

  • Quality and completion

  • Safety requirements

  • Licensing and insurance (when applicable)

4.3 Limitation

MultiFunctions LLC is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes resulting from contractor actions, omissions, or conduct, except where required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during booking or intake

  • Maintain a safe environment for all services

  • Notify us of changes or cancellations promptly

  • Refrain from abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior

MultiFunctions LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these expectations.

6. Cancellations & Scheduling

6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations must follow the timing rules outlined for each service type. Last-minute cancellations may incur fees.

6.2 Company-Initiated Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to:

  • Weather

  • Contractor unavailability

  • Safety issues

  • Internal operational needs

Clients will be notified as soon as possible

7. Communications

7.1 SMS, Email, and Phone

By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive communications related to your services.

Message/data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing SMS messages by replying STOP.

7.2 AI Assistant

Our website may include an AI chatbot for navigation and general questions.

You agree not to submit sensitive information through the chatbot.

AI responses are informational and may not always be accurate.

MultiFunctions LLC is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
