Limited service notice

Service Availability Update

MultiFunctions is currently limiting our service offerings as we focus on strengthening the client experience and improving how we manage and deliver services. This helps us prioritize quality, consistency, and dependable support.

Why we’re narrowing our services

As MultiFunctions has grown, we’ve learned that offering “everything for everyone” can actually make it harder to deliver the level of service we expect from ourselves. For a short period of time, we’re choosing to narrow what we offer so we can:

  • Strengthen the client experience — clearer communication, better expectations, and smoother visits.
  • Improve operations behind the scenes — scheduling, coordination, and support that feel organized and reliable.
  • Protect quality and safety — focusing on services we can consistently deliver well, instead of stretching too thin.

What this means for you right now

We’re still here and still taking on work — we’re just being more intentional about which services we accept so we can take better care of each client.

Some services are paused Some are limited or “by review” Core services remain available

If a service is not listed on our website, or you’re not sure whether it’s available, you’re still welcome to reach out. We’ll review your request and respond with our best option.

How the request review works

You’re welcome to submit a request — we’ll review it and let you know whether we can assist, suggest an alternative, or place you on a waitlist if needed.

  1. You submit a request — Tell us what you’re looking for and any important details (timing, location, budget, etc.).
  2. We review on our end — We check current capacity, contractor availability, and whether the request matches our current scope.
  3. We reply with one of three outcomes:
    • Approved: We can take it on. We’ll send next steps, pricing, and scheduling options.
    • Alternative: We can’t handle the request directly, but we may suggest a modified option or another way to meet your goal.
    • Waitlist or “Not a Fit”: If it doesn’t match our current capabilities, we’ll let you know honestly and offer options if we can.

Our goal is to be clear and upfront — even if the answer is “not right now,” you’ll know why, and what your options are.

Not sure which department to choose? Use the request form and we’ll route it internally — you don’t have to figure that part out.
