What exactly does ErrandEase cover?
We handle simple pickup-and-drop-off errands—packages, prescriptions (where allowed), donations, curbside orders, forms, and small items that need to move from one place to another.
Do you go inside stores to shop?
No. You place and pay for the order ahead of time, and we handle the pickup and delivery.
How far do you travel?
We cover the first 10 miles from our Land O' Lakes base. After that, mileage is billed per mile as shown in the pricing section.
Do I need to be home?
Not always—if it’s safe and you allow it, we can leave items in a designated spot or drop them with a front desk.
What items can you NOT transport?
We can’t handle large furniture, animals, people, hazardous materials, cash purchases, or items restricted by law.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We keep pricing transparent and show the full estimate—trip fee, stops, handling, and mileage—before confirming the booking.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! Senior (55+) and Military/Veteran discounts are available on eligible services.

  • Prescription Runs — pre-ordered prescriptions (with ID rules).
  • Curbside Order Pickups — store orders placed/paid ahead.
  • Documents & Forms — drop-offs, packet pickups, school/office deliveries.
  • Donations & Returns — bagged/boxed donations or prepared store returns.
  • Point A → B Transfers — small items moved locally.

You handle ordering and packing — we handle pickup, driving, and delivery.

Not included: in-store shopping, cash purchases, large furniture, people/pets, or hazardous items.

Standard Errands

  • Single Pickup & Drop-Off Up to 10 items and 10 miles. $24.95
  • Extra Stop (same trip) Added pickup or drop-off. $8.95

Extra Handling

  • Large / Multiple Loads More than 10 items. $4.95
  • Putting Away Groceries / Items Inside placement & organizing. $5.95
  • Distance: First 10 miles included. After that: $0.80/mile (first visit).
  • Repeat Visits: $0.60/mile if within 14 days for the same project.
  • Card Payments: 3% processing fee applies.
  • Discounts: Senior (55+) and Military/Veteran available.
  • Custom Pricing: Options available for clients with financial limitations.
Total: calculated from the base trip price, any add-ons, mileage beyond 10 miles, and the service charge.
