Quick questions (Home Organization FAQ)
Do I need to be there the whole time?
We recommend you’re present at least at the beginning for decisions on what stays or goes. For simple projects, you can step away once we’ve agreed on a plan.
Do I have to buy containers and bins first?
No. We start by using what you already own. If extra bins or labels would help, we can suggest options and you decide what to purchase.
Is this cleaning or just organizing?
We focus on organizing and systems. Light surface wipe-downs are included as part of organizing, but we don’t offer deep cleaning or heavy scrubbing.
How long does a typical room take?
It depends on size and clutter level. Smaller spaces may take a few hours; larger or heavily cluttered areas can take multiple sessions. We’ll give you a rough estimate before we start.
Will you throw things away without asking?
Never. You stay in control of every decision. We’ll sort and make suggestions, but you choose what to keep, donate, or toss.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. It’s $50/hour up to your cap, and we only continue extra time with your approval.
Can you help with whole-home projects?
Yes. We have whole-home caps based on home size so you always know the maximum you’ll pay, even for bigger projects.

- Room-by-Room Organization — bedrooms, closets, kitchens, pantries, playrooms, laundry rooms, entryways, and more.
- Simple Systems — zones, labels, and “homes” for items so things are easy to put away and find later.
- Using What You Have — we start with your existing bins, baskets, and shelves, then suggest extras only if you’d like.
- Paperwork & Mail Areas — basic systems for mail, school papers, and “drop zones” so piles don’t take over.
- Trash & Donations — we bag trash/donations and can help load into your vehicle or place by the door for pickup.
Light surface wipe-downs may be included as part of organizing.
Not included: deep cleaning (scrubbing, baseboards, etc.) or heavy furniture moving.

Per-Space Organization
- Micro Space 0–39 sq ft • coat closet, linen closet, half-bath Up to $99.95 max
- Small Room 40–99 sq ft • small bathroom, pantry, small bedroom/office Up to $189.95 max
- Medium Room 100–199 sq ft • standard bedroom, office, laundry room Up to $289.95 max
- Large Room 200+ sq ft • kitchen, large playroom, big walk-in closet Up to $399.95 max
Whole-Home Packages
- Studio / 1-Bedroom Home Smaller homes or apartments • multiple key areas Up to $499.95 max
- 2–3 Bedroom Home Typical family home • main living areas + bedrooms Up to $799.95 max
- 4–5 Bedroom Home Larger homes • more rooms and storage spaces Up to $1,099.95 max
- 6+ Bedroom / Large Home Very large or multi-story homes • extended sessions Up to $1,499.95 max
- Hourly Rate: All work is billed at $50/hour, but you’ll never pay above the posted maximums for your chosen room or home size.
- Ceilings: If we’re nearing a price ceiling and more time may be needed, we pause, review options with you, and only continue with your approval.
- Travel: First 10 miles included. After that: $0.80/mile.
- Repeat Visits: $0.60/mile if within 14 days for the same project.
- Card Payments: 3% processing fee applies.
- Discounts: Senior (55+) and Military/Veteran available.
- Custom Pricing: Options available for clients with financial limitations.
Total: based on time spent at $50/hour (up to your posted max), mileage beyond 10 miles when applicable, and any card payment adjustment.
